How to visit the heart of the Statue of Happiness (Liberty)

The chained heart of the beloved Statue of Liberty, herein called Statue of Happiness:

Essentially just helicopter over to the statue, jump out of the copter onto the rooftop of the base of the statue that has four doors. Then just go through the door labeled “No Hidden Content Through Here” and head up the ladder. Wow, it beats.
